CAUTION: Make sure vice jaw protectors are used.

10.

NOTE: Make a note of/mark the installed
positions of the components before removal.

1. Sliding collar
2. Blocker bars
3. Synchronizer hub

11. This step is only necessary if the oil ring is

damaged.

12. Ensure that no oil ring is installed.

13. Clamp the output shaft in the vice.

14. Coat all running surfaces with clean transmission

fluid before assembly.

Material:

Transmission Oil 75W FE (WSS-

M2C200-D2 / 7U7J-M2C200-BA)

NOTE: Make sure that the installation marks
are aligned.

1. Synchronizer hub
2. Blocker bars
3. Sliding collar

17. Special Tool(s):

308-604

18. Fit a new snap-ring.

19. The collar on the retaining ring must face

upward.

NOTE: Make sure that the installation marks
are aligned.

22. Fit a new snap-ring.

23.

NOTE: Do not oil the taper roller bearing.

Install a new transmission-side taper roller
bearing on the output shaft.

Special Tool(s):

308-046

24.

CAUTION: Make sure that a new bolt is

installed.
NOTE: Make sure that the component is
clean and free of foreign material.
NOTE: Left-hand thread.

Torque:

100 Nm

25.

NOTE: Do not oil the taper roller bearing.

Install a new clutch-side taper roller bearing on
the output shaft.

Special Tool(s):

204-050
