With key OFF, connect a jumper wire between BOB pin 9 and ground

GO to J5.

Is the bulb OK?
No =
REPLACE the bulb.
J5 CHECK CIRCUIT 3402 (W/BK) FOR OPEN

With key OFF, disconnect instrument cluster C215 and measure the
