II. Disassembly & assembly of the wiper mechanism

1. Preparation

Tools: Socket wrench, slotted & Phillips screwdriver, open-end wrench

2. Attention

Please put on necessary appliances for labor protection in order to

avoid the accident

3. Disassembly steps

3.1 Take out the water guide way under the windshield

3.2 Carefully prize up the bolt cover of the wiper arm with the

slotted screwdriver

3.3 Unscrew fixing bolts of the wiper arm with the socket

wrench and take out the wiper arm

3.4 Unscrew left & right fixing bolts of the trim below the

front wiper with the Phillips screwdriver

3.5 Take out the down trim below the front windshield

3.6 Unscrew fixing bolts of the wiper connecting rod with the

socket wrench

3.7 Unscrew fixing bolts of the wiper motor with the socket

wrench

3.8 Take out the connecting rod assembly of the wiper

3.9 Take out the plug of the wiper motor and take out the wiper

motor

4. Assembly steps

Assemble according to the inverted sequence of the

disassembly
