4.1.6. Prize up all connecting buckles of the shell body on
the evaporating tank with the slotted screwdriver, then take
out all bolts on it and take out the air outlet device of the
blower.
Shown as the figure:
Moment: 3±0.5 Nm
4.1.7. Unscrew 2 bolts of the vacuum electromagnetic valve
with the slotted screwdriver and take them out
4.1.8. Unscrew 4 bolts on the blower with the Phillips
screwdriver, and then take them out
4.1.9. Unscrew fixing bolts of the fan blades with the socket
wrench 10# and take them out
Moment:5±0.5 Nm
4.1.10. Unscrew fixing bolts of the fan motor with the Phillips
screwdriver and then take them out
4.1.11. Separate the upper & down parts of the shell body
4.1.12. Just take out the evaporator & expansion valve form
the down shell body
4.2.
Assembly steps
4.2.1.
Assemble according to the inverted sequence of
the disassembly
4.2.2. System evacuation, pressure keeping & antifreezing
fluid filling need to be checked whether or not missing after
assembling. Check the heat exchanger fin whether blocking or
not. And if the heat exchanger is blocked use the compressed
air to clear.
III. Standard sides pressure value of high pressure & low pressure of
the air conditioner system
Side pressure value of the high pressure: 19--20bar
Side pressure value of the low pressure: 2.5--3bar
IV. Frequent Troubleshooting
Pressure deviation type
Possible reason
Troubleshooting
1.
High side pressure is stable or
just
is
a
little
increased
(Compared with the time when
the engine stops working), Low
side pressure is within the
standard scope or lower the
standard
scope,
the
air
conditioner refrigeration effect
is not enough.
2.
Side pressure of high pressure is
normal, and side pressure of
low pressure is within the range
as illustration, but refrigeration
capacity of AC is not sufficient.
Refrigerant is not enough loaded
or expansion valve failure
Draw out the refrigerant
●If the refrigerant is normally loaded
1.
Change expansion valve
2.
Refill the refrigerant in the system
3.
Test the pressure again
●If the refrigerant is not enough loaded
1.
Check whether leak or not and if
there is, just repair it
2.
Refill the refrigerant in the
system
3.
Test the pressure again
High side pressure is higher than the
specified value, low side pressure
drops quickly to the standard scope or
lower than the standard scope, and the
air conditioner refrigeration effect is
not enough.
There are blocking or throttling
sites for the refrigerant pipeline
Expansion valve failure
Touch pipeline to fell the temperature
change with hands
●If each part of some parts have
temperature difference
1.Clear the blocked pipeline with
compressed air & nitrogen gas and then
change the expansion valve
2. Change the blocked parts
●If there is not failure
1.
Clear the blocked pipeline with
compressed air & nitrogen gas
2. Retest the pressure
Firstly it is high and the low side
pressure is normal but after a while
the high side pressure is higher than
the specified value, low side pressure
is within the standard scope or is
lower than standard scope so air
Expansion valve failure
There are vapor in the refrigerant
pipeline
Check the expansion valve whether or
not dirty or rusty and change if it is
necessary
●Clear the blocked pipeline with
conditioner refrigeration effect is not
enough.
High side pressure is higher than the
specified valve or too high, low side
pressure is too
high
and
air
conditioner refrigeration effect is not
enough with abnormal sound of the
compressor
(Especially
at
the
beginning of starting the engine)
The refrigerant in the refrigerant
pipeline is over loaded.
Expansion valve failure
or compressor spoiled
Draw out the refrigerant
●If the refrigerant is normally loaded
1.
Change expansion valve
2.
Refill the refrigerant in the system
3.
Test the pressure again
●If the refrigerant is obviously over
loaded
1.
1. Refill the refrigerant in the
system
2.
Test the pressure again
Note: After retest the pressure, if the
system is not still normally working,
assemble the expansion valve which has
been changed again, clear the blocked
pipeline with compressed air & nitrogen
gas and then change the compressor &
storage liquid drying tank
When switch off the engine, the high
side pressure increase a little, low side
pressure reduce a little and the air
conditioner refrigeration effect is not
enough.
Compressor spoiled
Clear
the
blocked
pipeline
with
compressed air & nitrogen gas and then
change the compressor & storage liquid
condensation tank
The high side pressure is normal, the
low side pressure is too low, the air
conditioner refrigeration effect is
normal and sometimes the evaporator
is frozen (Although the refrigerant
quantity is normal)
Expansion
valve
failure
or
compressor spoiled
Change the expansion valve
Refill the refrigerant in the system Note:
After retest the pressure, if the system is
not still normally working, assemble the
expansion valve which has been changed
again, Clear the blocked pipeline with
compressed air & nitrogen gas and then
change the compressor & storage liquid
drying tank

High & low side pressure is
normal and the air conditioner
refrigeration effect is not enough
2. High & low side pressure is
normal, but the compressor has
the abnormal sound (Especially
at the beginning of starting
engine)and the air conditioner

Lube oil in the air conditioner

Draw out the refrigerant
●Clear the blocked pipeline with
compressed air & nitrogen gas
Note: When change the air conditioner
system parts such as the compressor and
so on, the lube oil quantity should be
