5. Pry out the trims, and unscrew the fixing bolts.
Note: Apply 17# socket to disassemble it.
6. Unscrew the three fixing bolts and one fixing screw, and remove the external seat belt.
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
Assembling requirements:
The assembly angle of left/right front seat belt retractor assy. shall be
80 degrees, and the tightening torque of catch bolt shall be 50±5 N·m. the tightening torque of
adjusting slide assy. fixing bolt shall be 50±5 N·m. the tightening torque of guide ring fixing bolt shall
be 50±5 N·m. the guide support shall be fixed securely. the tightening torque of screw shall be l.5±0.5
N m, and the tightening torque of end piece fixing bolt shall be 50±5 N·m. the lock catch assy. shall be
positioned securely on the special bolts of front seat belt, and it shall be ensured that the seat belt’s lock
tongue operates conveniently, and the tightening torque of its fixing nut shall be 50±5 N·m. All
fasteners of this assy. shall be coated uniformly with the thread fastening glue before assembly, and the
webbing shall be stretched freely and smoothly without slackness after the lock tongue and lock catch
are tightened. The assembly angle of left/right rear seat belt retractor assy. shall be 90 degrees. The
tightening torque of all fasteners of this assy. shall be 50±5 N·m, and these fasteners shall be coated
with the thread tightening glue before assembly. and the webbing shall be stretched freely and
smoothly, without slackness after the lock tongue and lock catch are tightened. The catch bolts of
middle seat belt shall be coated with the thread tightening glue, and its tightening torque shall be 50±5
N·m. The catch bolts of double-end retaining ring shall be coated with the thread tightening glue, and
its tightening torque shall be 50±10 N·m.

(II) Disassembly of Front Seat Interior
Belt (See Disassembly of Seat)
(III) Disassembly of Seat Belt Regulator
1. Remove the B column lower guard plate.
2. Remove the two bolts, and adjust the slide.
Note: Apply the T50 tool to remove it.
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
(IV) Disassembly of Rear Seat Belt
1. Disassemble the following parts.
① Rear seat backrest and cushion (See
Disassembly of Seat)
②
C column trim panel (See Disassembly of
Rear Curtain)
③ Rear high mount brake lamp and rear curtain
assy. (Disassembly of Rear Curtain).
2. Remove the rear seat belt floor fixing bolts.
Note: Apply 17# socket to disassemble it.

3. Remove one fixing bolt on the retractor.
Note: Apply 17# socket to disassemble it.
4. Disassemble rear seat belt.
Unscrew the fixing bolts of inner seat belt.
Note: Apply 17# socket to disassemble it.
Assemble in the reverse order of
disassembly.

Chapter Nine Bumper
I. Disassembly of Front Bumper Inner
Bar
Disassemble the following parts:
l. Headlamp.
2. Fender lining.
3. Top front bumper strip.
4. Unscrew the two fixing bolts, and remove the
inner bar.
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
II. Disassembly of Rear Bumper
1. Remove the luggage boot trim plate rear
cover.
2. Remove the floor cover.
3. Disassemble the side covers of left/right trim
plate.
4. Unscrew the fixing bolts on the both sides.
5. Loosen the rear wheel fender plate.
