8. Raise the trim panel towards the exterior of

vehicle and pry it out with a screwdriver.

9. Detach the control cable on the inner handle,

and remove the trim panel.

Assemble in the reverse order of

disassembly.

Measures shall be taken to prevent the working area rinsed from being dirtied during disassembly and

assembly. It is very important to keep clean when conducting these operations.

Assembling requirements: The fit clearance between the door panel and door inner panel shall be

uniform, and the torque of fixing screw shall be 3±0.5Nm. The rinsing width of front/rear windshield

shall be between 15 to 17 mm. the width of primer between 13 to 15 mm. the width of adhesive

between 7 to 9 mm and its height 9 to 15 mm, without any adhesive leakage, overflow liquid and etc

after assembly. the clearance between the upper and lower of glass and that between the left side and

right side shall be identical and uniform to ensure that they match well with the adhesive strips around

them. And the glass shall be sealed well, and there is no any leakage and other defects after rain test.

Disassemble the Speaker Assy.

Unscrew the four fixing bolts, and remove the audio horn.

Door Weather Seal

Disassembly and Assembly

While pulling the weather seal by hand, apply the

clip disassembling tool to remove all clips, and

then take out the weather seal.

All corners shall be assembled into their proper

positions during assembly without wrinkle.

The fit of weather seal with the body shall be

with a certain clamping force, without falling

down easily.

Disassemble the Inner Handle

Unscrew the five fixing bolts on the inner handle,

and remove the inner handle.

Disassemble the Peach Plate

Unscrew the eight fixing bolts on the peach plate

and remove the peach plate.

Rear Door Glass and Glass Run Channel

Disassembly and Assembly

l.

Unscrew the two fixing bolts on the glass bracket, and remove the glass.

2.

Pull out the glass run channel.

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Assembling requirements: All corners all be assembled in their proper positions during assembly

without wrinkle. The joint of weather seal shall be placed in the middle position under the door

opening. The hardness of weather seal shall be appropriate, and not change considerably with the

change of temperature. The surface of adhesive strip shall have no defect such as stamping mark,

deformation, warpage and etc, after assembly. The one end of platen of front doorsill platen assy. shall

match well with the contact part of lower shield of A column or B column. The platen shall be

assembled in its proper position, without looseness and other phenomena. And the carpet has no

exposure and other defects after assembly.

Window Regulator and Motor Assy.

Remove the glass.

2.

Remove the seven fixing nuts on the assy..

3.

Remove the trim panel fixed support.

4. Loosen the motor harness connector, and

remove the window regulator assy.

5. Take care to add lubricating oil to the slide

block, and check there is no burr after

adjustment.
