Loosen the two screws of door lock and remove

the luggage boot lock.

Remove the license plate.

④

Remove four fixing bolts and one screw from the

license plate, and detach the bracket.

Unscrew the fixing screw on the chromed

moulding, and remove the chromed moulding.

Disassemble the license lamp

① Unscrew the clip screw, and take out the clip.

② Unclip the harness clip and pull out the harness

insert and remove the licence lamp.

Disassemble the trim rear cover.

Unscrew the four fixing screws, and remove the

two clips.

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Assembling requirements: The adjustment of luggage boot lock shall ensure that the left/right

clearance between the boot cover and rear side of vehicle is uniformly 5±0.5 mm, and its height shall

also basically uniform with error Φ of 0.5 mm. and the tightening torque of set screw is 9±1 N·m.

Luggage boot wheelhouse left/right trim assy. The contact part between the periphery of carpet and

luggage boot weather seal shall be wrapped in the lip of weather seal, and both match well. The

contact part with the upper shield of C column shall be placed inside the shield. And any part of the

trim assy. shall be assembled in its proper position, which adheres perfectly to the body of a vehicle.

The clips of luggage boot carpet shall be placed just in the gap of luggage compartment rear trim. Its

two sides shall attach tightly to the edge fold of luggage boot wheelhouse left/right trim. And it shall

adhere perfectly to the rear floor of body after assembly.

Disassembly of Rear Luggage Compartment Weather Strip:

1.

Loosen the harness of rear luggage compartment door.

2.

Unscrew the four fixing bolts of rear boot door hinge (and make a note of marking).

3.

Remove the rear boot weather seal.

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

When assembling, take care that the joint of luggage boot weather seal shall be placed in position of

luggage boot lock. Any corner shall be assembled to its proper position, and it is prohibited that the

folding occurs. The weather seal shall have appropriate hardness, and does not change considerably

with the change of temperature.

Chapter Two Exterior Accessories

Disassembly of Front Wheel Mud Guard

l. Loosen the three fixing bolts, and remove the

front wheel mud guard.

2. Unscrew the two fixing screws of rear wheel mud

guard, and remove the mud guard.

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
