This audio source will generate, receive
and emit radio frequency energy. Please
assemble and operate according to the
Manual’s instructions, otherwise it may
disturb telecommunications. And we can
NOT confirm some certain assembling
will NOT disturb the telecommunication.
If you find this audio source disturb your
radio or TV’s telecommunication (It can
be judged from the result of switching
on/off this audio source), please go for
help from the dealer or professional
radio/TV technician.

Caring for your cassette
player and tapes
Ÿ
It will be difficult to play a loose
tape. So please tighten the tape

before insert the tape to the player,
especially for the 90-minutes tape or
pre-record tape.
Ÿ
Please use 30 minutes to 90 minutes
tape, and avoid to use 120 minutes or
even longer tape (the thin tape will
be easy for clamped and broken).
Ÿ
Please clean magnetic head by clean
tape periodically. Please do NOT
touch magnetic head with magnetic
or sharp object.
Ÿ
Please do NOT lubricate
transmission parts.
Ÿ
Please eject the tape after use. The
tape is easy to be damaged if it is
placed directly in the sun place or
extreme low/high temperature place.
Ÿ
The tape player will eject damaged
tape automatically. Please double
check the tape to see if it is in good
condition before use.
Operation method
Basic Operation
Attention:
Please read this chapter refer to the front
view under “Display” chapter.
Caution
You should turn lower of the volume when
you switch off ignition or this sound
source. This audio source has the function
to recall the volume before last shutdown,
if the recalled volume is loud, it will
damage your hearing or your audio source.
If the ignition switch is on ACC or ON
position, the clock will display even the
audio source is switched off. For some
certain model, when ignition switch is on
START position, the clock will vanish
temporarily. And when ignition switch is
back to ON position, the clock will renew
for display.

Switch on/off
Attention:
When the ignition is switched off, you
should pay more attention if you use this
audio source for a long time. The vehicle
can NOT be ignited if the battery is used
up, the life of battery will also be
shortened.
1.Press POWER (3). (Press BAND(4), CD
CHG(5) or TAPE(6) can also switch on
the audio source.)
2.The display and indicator light are on.
This audio source can recall the operation
and setting before last switching off, and
automatically select this setting after
switching off.
3.Press POWER (3) for more than 1
second, the audio source switch will
switch off.
Selective mode
1.Press BAND (4) for radio mode.
2.Press CD CHG (5) for CD changer
mode.
3.Press TAPE (6) for tape player mode.
Volume adjustment
Turn key (11) to adjust volume,
clockwise for louder, anti-clockwise for
lower.
The volume can be set from 0 (minimum)
to 33 (maximum).
Switch display mode
Press DISP to select desired display mode.
Press DISP every one time, display mode
will be switched according to below
sequence.

Clock display
*Once the display mode is set, the mode
will be the display mode before date of
manufacture. The display will display
for current function temporarily when you
adjust some function (volume adjustment,
etc.), and will go back to the selected
mode seconds later after the adjustment
completed.
Bass adjusting
1.Press A-M (2) to select “BASS”.
2.Turn key (11) to adjust bass, clockwise
for louder, anti-clockwise for lower.
*The value of leaving the factory is
“0”
Range of adjustment: -6 to +6
3.Press A-M (2) for times till back to this
function mode after adjusting.
Treble adjusting
1.Press A-M (2) to select “TREB”
2.Turn key (11) to adjust treble,
clockwise for louder, anti-clockwise for
lower.
*The value of leaving the factory is
“0”
Range of adjustment: -6 to +6
3.Press A-M (2) for times till back to this
function mode after adjusting.
Balance adjusting
1.Press A-M(2) to select “BAL”
2.Turn key (11) to adjust balance on the
right/left loudhailer. Clockwise for right
loudhailer, anti-clockwise for left on.
*The value of leaving the factory is
“0”
Range of adjustment: L13 to R1
3.Press A-M (2) for times till back to this
function mode after adjusting.
