REMOVAL & INSTALLATON OF FRONT WINDOW REGULATOR
REMOVAL:

----Before removal of front window regulator,

the trim panel and waterproof film shall be
removed first following instructions.

----Loosen six screws that secure window

regulator to the inner panel of the door as
shown in the figure.

----Disconnect the motor connector of window

regulator and take out the regulator.
Removal of window regulator is performed
separately from that of glass.

INSTALLATION:

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

----Tightening torque for bolts or nuts of

window regulator is M=9±1N.m.

----Installation size for glass bracket is 105mm

as shown in the figure.

----Tighten the six screws of window regulator

only after the glass is fully raised till the top
and can run up and down smoothly.

----After installation and adjustment, the glass

should run up and down smoothly. Any
shaking, vibration or shock is not allowed.
The up or down movement of glass shall
be finished within 3±1S.

MAINTENANCE OF BODY BEAM

BAISC EXPLANATION OF MAINTENANCE OF CAR BODY
The maintenance of a car body should be carried out by professional personnel in accordance
with the manufacturer’s requirement, this is the only way to ensure the effectiveness of the
commitment for “no corrosion” and “no painting dressing defect”.

1. Only the materials specified by the manufacturer should be used.

2. When carrying the welding work on the outer sides of the car, protective paint must be

applied on the internal side of the car body first.

3. When carrying the spot welding, zinc painting must be used.

4. Before carrying the air tight sealing for the welding position, one layer of painting must be

applied on the internal and external side.

5. Before applying protective painting on the chassis, another protective layer should be

painted to avoid being hit by stones.

6. After finishing the spraying of painting, all openings of the painting position should be

secured by fasteners.

In certain circumstances, the car must be placed on the platform of the elevator; this is
because the distribution of the car weight will be affected when the parts are being
dismantled.

Before carrying pressure-tight-weld by spot welding method, the connections and caps of the
battery cells must be removed. Before carrying out the welding, inspect the ventilation
condition to judge if it is adequate to carry out the work.

When carrying maintenance of car body in a certain space, pay attention to prevent other cars
from being damaged in that area.

Extreme care must be taken when carrying spray powder or welding near the periphery of the
fuel tanks or parts of the fuel system; if safety cannot be ensured, then the mentioned parts
should be removed.

When carrying out maintenance or spraying works, pay attention to take adequate precaution
of any accidence.

When carrying out welding work on the galvanized steel plates, the spot welding current have
to be increased by 30%, make sure the tip of the electrode used is the pointed type, and the
clamping force of the electrode should be subsequently increased; when carrying out gas
shielded welding, the welding current should even be further increased.

Welding, soft soldering or solder brazing work must not be carried out on the air conditioning
parts; it is also not allowed to carry out such welding mentioned in the car, which may caused
overheating of such parts. When carrying out painting and spraying maintenance work on the
car frame, irrespective whether it is done in a drying oven or preheated oven, the temperature

must not exceed 80℃.

In the process of welding, the following measures must be taken to prevent the vibration of
the electronic devices.

1. Directly connect the earth wire of the electronic welding device to the welding point.

Attention must be taken to inspect the connection, and ensure that there is no unnecessary
part or insulation part in between the earth wire terminal and spot welding point.

2. ECU shall be removed first. The electronic device or electrical circuit should be avoided to

make contact with the earth wire terminal or welding rod.

RECTIFICATION:

The car body and chassis are produced in the production line through low temperature
tempering, and cold state of casting technology.

Therefore, when part of the metal is damaged in the accident, similar technology must be
used to return to its shape and heating is strictly not allowed.

If it is too damaged to return the original shape the damaged part should be removed after
rectifying the surface of terminal.
