Section Three Assembling and Disassembling of Whole Vehicle

Light Fixture

1. Front headlight assembling

Assemble front headlight according to corresponding position, ensure bolt

fixing hole location and headlight crossmember welding nut in concentricity;

Fix front headlight properly with 4 bolts, washers and a nut, put down

engine hood, calibrate and adjust headlight mounted position (bulging or
sunk, headlight is required to protrude a little more than engine hood with
both forming a curvature that can be felt manually), and then tighten
fastening piece with tightening torque 1.5±0.2N·m;

Mount radiator grid

Connect lamp holder connecting harness;

2 . Front fog light assembling:

Connect fog light harness end-to-end pin;
Put fog light into mounting hole from face to ensure 3 screw holes and front

guard hole location in concentricity;

Tighten 3 tapping screws with tightening torque 1.5±0.2N·m;
Fix lower grid (refer to body description).

3. Side turn light assembling:

Connect lamp holder connecting harness;
According to the right direction, firstly match a wedge-position end with

body and then press forcefully.

4. Assembling of tail lamp fixed parts (including position lamp/brake light,

turn light):

Align hole locations on body so as to assemble light fixture and body in good

condition;

Tighten 3 fixed nuts, pay attention to adjust the surface difference between the

said nuts and body, feel height difference manually, adjust with hand touch
while tightening;

Plug lamp holder harness, pave the rug.

5. Assembling of tail lamp movable parts (including reversing light and rear

fog light)

Align hole locations on body so as to assemble light fixture and body in good

condition;

Tighten 4 fixed nuts, pay attention to adjust the surface difference and clearance

between the said nuts and body, fixed parts (trunk lid may be laid down), feel height
difference manually, adjust based on hand feel while tightening;

Properly plug lamp holder harness and lay down trunk lid;

6. Assembling of license light

Properly connect harness pin;
