Fix interior decorative frame (push it up in the

direction shown in the figure with clip aligned

with clip slot). Add an under-laying strip if

necessary.

4.5.16 Tighten fixing bolts of interior decorative frame.

4.5.17 Fix control panel cover plate.

4.6 Replacing mechanism group, upper frame

and guiding lock rod or chain

Disassembling procedure

4.6.1 Fully open sunroof.

4.6.2 Detach the glass plate lock pin from fixed driving

base with a screwdriver as shown in the figure,

then take out lock pin (the same with the other

side).

4.6.3 Turn the glass plate fixing pin clockwise to a 90º

position with a minus screwdriver and take it off

(the same with the other side).

4.6.4 Carefully pull the glass plate out of mechanism

group with both sides being parallel.

4.6.5 Remove gear cover and gear.

4.6.6 Remove four fixing bolts.

4.6.7 Separate mechanism group from upper frame.

4.6.8 Unfix hinge holding piece and chain chute.

4.6.9 Take off horseshoe locating cap and horseshoe

locating piece.

4.6.10 Incline mechanism group and remove locking pin

from the hinge and pull out hinge. Shake it

horizontally when pulling out if great resistance

is felt.

4.6.11 Pull the mechanical part from rear end of the rail.
