Solution

1. There is too much air mixed in the system.

Vacuumize again and refill the refrigerant.

2. Too much refrigerant filled.

Discharge the surplus refrigerant.

3. Too much lubrication oil.

Check or replace, discharge the surplus
lubrication oil.

4. The heat emission effect of condenser is poor.

Clean the dirt on the condenser surface or
replace with a new condenser.

Both high pressure and
low pressure are too high

5. The cooling fan common used by the condenser and
the water tank is abnormal.

Check it or replace with a new cooling fan.

1. There is insufficient refrigerant filled.

Add the filling volume of the refrigerant.

2. The refrigerant is leaking.

Make the leak check and replace the
leaked spare.

Both high pressure and
low pressure are too low

3. The O-ring is damaged.

Replace the O-ring.

1. The expansion valve is in over size opening or is
damaged.

Adjust the opening of the expansion valve
or replace with a new expansion valve.

2. Too much refrigerant filled.

Discharge the surplus refrigerant.

The high pressure is
normal and the low
pressure is too high

3. Something wrong with the compressor.

Replace the compressor.

1. Insufficient refrigerant filled.

Add the filling volume of the refrigerant.

2. The expansion valve is ice blocked.

Replace with a new liquid storage drying
bottle.

3. Dirt on the evaporator surface or has clogging inside
the evaporator.

Clean the evaporator surface or replace
with a new evaporator.
