contact with the performer or broken;
2. The temperature adjustment performer is in bad
condition or the mechanism is seized;
3. The A/C controller is in bad condition.
The A/C controller is in bad
condition
1. Turn the ignition switch to "ON";
2. Remain the environment temperature at about 25℃ (or unplug the temperature sensor
inside and outside the vehicle);
2. Test the voltage between B9 and B2 (ground lead) pins with a meter;
3. Adjust the TEMP+ or the TEMP- key on the control panel.
Does the voltage between B9 and B2 continuously changed
between 1.1V and 4.0V when the design temperature varies
continuously between HI and LO?
Does the voltage value
remain constant?

The sun sensor is
in poor condition.
1. Pull out B plug behind the control panel; let the light sensitive
head fully exposed under the sun;
2. Connect B5 pin at the harness end B plug with the digital
multimeter red pen and connect B2 (ground lead) with the black
pen.
1.Pull out B plug behind the control panel;
2.Cover the light sensitive head of the sun sensor
with a light-tight object.
Test the ohmic value between B2 and B5 of B plug at
the harness end with the meter
1. Harness or metal plug-in unit connected with B2
and B3 is in poor condition;
2. The sun sensor is in poor condition.
The a/c controller is
in poor condition
Power on and test if the voltage between B2 and B5
is0.7V≤Vi≤4.85V
Test if the ohmic value between B5 and B2 is
reduced apparently?
Is the ohmic value less than 100K?

condition.
1The governing module is in poor
condition;
2.The plug-in unit at DS end of the
governing module is in poor contact.
Test the voltage between B7 and B2 with a meter from gear 1 to gear 5. The normal
voltage shall be as follow: 3.9V at gear 1; 4.0V at gear 2 and 4.3V at gear 3; 4.5V at
gear 4; 4.8V at gear 5.
1.Turn the ignition switch to "ON";
2.Adjust the "air volume plus" key on the control panel. There has no air or abnormal
air volume variation from gear 1 to gear 5; the air volume is in normal condition at the
Max. gear 6.
