Transmission
No. 130 Transmission hard to put into gear
Malfunction Causes
Solution
1. Check the pedal’s free clearance, keeping at 1-3mm;
clearance between release bearing and clutch pressure plate
better at 2-3mm; if too large, adjust it within range above
(empirical data);
2. Check whether crankshaft has too large play; if unusual,
repair the engine to make play accurate;
3.
Clutch pressure plate spring too soft; replace it;
4.
Clutch disk excessively worn; replace it;
Clutch not fully separated
5. Clutch pressure plate and flywheel surface warped and
deformed (replace it if deformed amounts above 0.5 mm)
1.
Upper, lower play of gear shifting lever kept at 1-2mm, if too
large, replace gear shifting lever assembly;
2. Check whether rubber pillar of support base is broken;
replace gear shifting lever assembly if so;
Gear shifting lever incorrectly adjusted
3. Check whether cover at connections of shift lever and
transmission is too loose; replace the cover if so;
1. Check whether quantity of transmission gear oil reaches oil
filler; add it if not enough;
2.Check whether gear oil within transmission turns black or white,
which indicates deterioration if so. Replace it and clean
transmission;
Check transmission oil
3. Check viscosity of gear oil within transmission, and replace for
those suitable for local weather;
1. Check whether shift shaft within transmission bends, and
could reach maximum stroke by drawing front and back, without
jamming; replace shift shaft if so;
2.
Check whether support shaft falls or deforms, and replace it if
so;
3. Check whether interlocking slide block abrades, and moving left
and right within interlocking is smooth. burnish it if jamming;
Shifting parts block within transmission
4.
Check whether interlocking groove of shifter fork shaft is too
deep, whether its depth fits for extruded part of interlocking block.
If too deep, burnish it;
ansmission hard to
put into gear
Check synchronizer in transmission
Check whether clearance on the gear pressed by synchronizer
ring of each gear is between 0.85-1.45. If clearance less than
0.5mm, replace synchronizer ring;
