No. 024 Oil indicator is always on

Malfunction Cause

Solution

Low oil quantity results low oil pressure

Fill oil to standard level

Low oil viscosity or oil deteriorated

Replace required oil

Oil pressure switch damage

The inner conducting point of oil pressure
switch burnt seriously and results short circuit.
Replace oil sensing plug.

Oil indicator circuit leads to earth partly

The wire between oil sensing plug and grouped
instrument partly leads to earth at front wall,
and results oil indicator lightening constantly
after circuit lead to earth.

Grouped instrument inner short circuit

Replace grouped instrument

Low oil pressure

Maintain oil pump and oil pipe, whether it is
blocked. Unplug it when necessary. Check oil
leaking condition and maintain it.

Large engine liner clearance, which results low oil pressure

Large clearance results oil leaking and low oil
pressure. Normal value shall be 49kPa.
Replace relevant component.

No. 025 Water temperature is over normal value when engine running with large load

Malfunction Cause

Solution

Lack of coolant fluid

Fill non-standard anti-freeze fluid

Replace standard anti-freeze fluid

Fuel grade against requirement

Apply specified fuel

Low thermostat open travel

Thermostat shall be fully opened when water temperature
reaches 82 , otherwise, replace it.

Water pump belt loose

Adjust tension rate

Radiator is too dirty inside or outside, and results
low cooling performance, as well as water
temperature increased.

Clean radiator, the dirt and water mark, replace water
tank when necessary.

Radiator fun operates abnormal (low speed or
fails to work sometimes)

Maintain fan circuit and replace fan.

Improper ignition timing

Adjust timing

Engine water pipe rust

Clean rust

Engine mixed gas is too thick

Engine oxygen sensor damaged and results mixed gas
viscosity misadjusted.

Improper piston fit clearance

Low cylinder pressure, maintain it. Low clearance often
caused by applying non-standard piston, replace and
reassemble with proper piston.

Malfunction Cause

Solution

Canister electromagnetic valve is dirty inside

Clean it with carburetor detergent

Canister electromagnetic valve retaining rubber
seat damage

Replace canister electromagnetic valve retaining rubber
seat and adjust the position, as far as possible with
vehicle body

Serious fuel tank inner vacuum

Replace fuel tank cap

Over adjustment of canister electromagnetic
valve inner tube

Adjust canister electromagnetic valve according to
standard flow rate

Electromagnetic
valve sounds
