Remove/install

Remove cover (1) from bumper

Do not break retaining lugs.

Remove bulb housing (2)

To unlock, rotate counterclockwise.

Installation: Ensure that the locking

device has locked securely.

Remove fog lamp insert (6) from housing

Disconnect connector (4)

Remove bulb on the back of the fog lamp
insert (6)

Do not hold the bulb with bare fingers, as

fingerprints bake and leave behind
opaqueness on the bulb. Use a soft, lint-free
cloth.

Lock securely.

Install in the reverse order

Remove/install

Remove front bumper

with styling package, code U49.

Put down bumper safely in a suitable place

Do not damage paintwork.

Disconnect connector (1) from Parktronic
system sensor(2)

Remove Parktronic system sensor (2) from
the bumper

Bo not brake off the retaining clamps (3).

Release tool

Install in the reverse order

Remove, Install

Unscrew nuts (1)

On left and right inside of bumper.

*BA88.20-P-1001-01B

Remove bumper grill

Do not damage bumper, bumper grate

and grate mounts

Loosen retainers and pull to outside

Pulling hook

Remove outside temperature sensor from
bumper

Unscrew screw (2)

Remove bumper toward front

Do not damage paint.

Disconnect electrical connector from fog
lamp/Parktronic

7

Disconnect splash water hose

Plug splash water hose.

Installation: Fill water reservoir.

Install in the reverse order
