The causes listed in

this document are not a
malfunction of the CD
drive. Operations in
this context are not
covered by warranty or
goodwill .

CD thickness is not within
tolerance, e.g. DVDs with
recordings on both sides
(side 1: video data, side 2
audio data).

foam seal (4), a grommet
(5) is now used to seal the
