REMOVE/INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT - AR68.10-P-1400GI

Remove/Install

Open glove compartment lid

Unclip glove compartment lamp (E13/1) and
disconnect connector

Remove striker eye (1)

Installation: Check

adjustment. Refer to: ?

Adjust glove compartment lid.

Unscrew screws (2-7)

Pry glove compartment (10) out of arrest at
bottom and pull out

6

Install in the reverse order

Remove/Install

Open glove compartment lid (1)

Unclip glove compartment lamp (E13/1)
and disconnect connector

Unscrew bolt (2)

Torx bit set

Remove upper spreading rivets (5) from
glove compartment (3)

Press pressure pin approx. 4 mm upward and

remove spreading rivet downward.

Pull glove compartment (3) out of
instrument panel (4)

6

Install in the reverse order

Align upper edge of glove compartment lid

(1) in relation to instrument panel (4).

Remove/install

Remove plug (1)

2 each.

Unscrew screw (2)

2 each.
Installation: Observe clips (3).

Unlock and remove data link connector (X11/4)

Take off cover (4)

Install in the reverse order

Unhook catch (3) on blower motor

Risk of breakage!

Unclip cover (1)

Cover is fastened with 2 clips

(2).

Disconnect electrical connector from interior socket
(X58/1)

Install in the reverse order
