WARNING

• Do not keep objects except sun‐

glasses inside the sunglass holder.

Such objects can be thrown from

the holder in the event of a sudden

stop or an accident, possibly injur‐

ing the passengers in the vehicle.

• Do not open the sunglasses holder

while the vehicle is moving. The

rear view mirror of the vehicle can

be blocked by an open sunglass

holder.

• Do not put the glasses forcibly into

a sunglass holder to prevent

breakage or deformation of the

glasses. It may cause personal in‐

jury if you try to open it forcibly

dry the cup holder at high tempera‐

tures. This may damage the chrome

part of the cup holder.

vehicle is in motion. If the hot liq‐

uid spills, you may burn yourself.

Such a burn to the driver could

lead to loss of control of the vehi‐

collision, do not place uncovered or

unsecured bottles, glasses, cans,

etc., in the cup holder while the

vehicle is in motion.

Keep cans and bottles out of direct

cle can cause them to explode.

the surface of the heater or seats.

• To prevent overheating the seat

warmer, do not place anything on

the seats that insulates against

heat, such as blankets, cushions or

seat covers on the seats while the

seat warmer is in operation.

• Do not place heavy or sharp ob‐

jects on the seat. Those things

may damage the seat warmer

system.

• Be careful not to spill liquid such as

water or beverages on the seat. If

you spill some liquid, wipe the seat

with a dry towel. Before using the

seat warmer, dry the seat com‐

pletely.

may damage the seat warmer or

WARNING

n Seat warmer burns

Passengers should use extreme cau‐

tion when using seat warmers due

to the possibility of excess heating

or burns. The occupants must be

able to feel if the seat is becoming

too warm and to turn the seat

warmer off. The seat warmer may

cause burns even at low tempera‐

tures, especially if used for long pe‐

riods of time.

In particular, the driver must exer‐

cise extreme care for the following

types of passengers:

lamp is not in use. If the sunvisor is

closed without the lamp off, it may

discharge the battery or damage the

ble (Max load weight 3.5 kgf),

since it may cause damage to the

table.

curely attached to the vehicle’s

floor mat anchor(s) before driving

cannot be firmly attached to the

vehicle’s floor mat anchors.

• Do not stack floor mats on top of

one another (e.g. all-weather rub‐

ber mat on top of a carpeted floor

mat). Only a single floor mat

should be installed in each position.

IMPORTANT – Your vehicle was man‐

ufactured with driver’s side floor

mat anchors that are designed to

securely hold the floor mat in place.

To avoid any interference with pedal

operation, Kia recommends that the

Kia floor mat designed for use in

your vehicle be installed.

ter or moist places and liquid

compounds. These can cause in‐

ternal leakage of a battery.

5. When replacing the batteries,

check the direction and insert.

It will not be charged if installed

reversely.

6. Do not mix the rechargeable

batteries.

It may not be charged normally.

7. Do not place the lamp or batter‐

ies near fire or heat. It can cause

internal leakage of a battery.
