OK: REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER (see REMOVAL )
SPEAKER CIRCUIT (BUILT-IN AMPLIFIER)
DESCRIPTION
The stereo component amplifier sends sound signals to the speaker.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1. CHECK SPEAKER
a. Check the malfunctioning speakers.

A: Go to next step.
2. CHECK SPEAKER
a. Check the malfunctioning speakers.
Result:
RESULT REFERENCE
B: Go to step 5
A: Go to next step.
3. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER
a. Disconnect the K11 and K13 speaker connectors.
b. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:

NG: REPLACE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER (see REMOVAL )
OK: Go to next step.
4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER - FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER)
a. Disconnect the K1 receiver connector.
b. Disconnect the K11 and K13 speaker connectors.
c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
for LH

a. Disconnect the M8 and N10 speaker connectors.
b. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
K1-1 (FR+) - K11-3 (TWR+)

K1-5 (FR-) - K11-4 (TWR-)
K1-1 (FR+) - Body ground
