NG: REPLACE FRONT POWER SEAT LUMBAR SWITCH (see REMOVAL )

OK: Go to next step

8. INSPECT FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

a. Disconnect the Z2 switch connector.

b. Apply battery voltage and check the operation of the power seat.

Battery negative (-) --> Terminal Z2-1 (R)

Lumbar support moves forward (A)

Lumbar support moves rearward (B)

OK: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (FRONT POWER SEAT LUMBAR
SWITCH BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

9. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT POWER SEAT LUMBAR SWITCH

LUMBAR SUPPORT MOTOR LH)

a. Disconnect the Z2 switch connector.

b. Disconnect the Z7 motor connector.

c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK: REPLACE FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH (see REMOVAL )

10. INSPECT FUSE (FR P/SEAT LH)

a. Remove the FR P/SEAT LH fuse from the main body ECU.

b. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance

FUSE (FR P/SEAT LH)

NG: REPLACE FUSE

OK: Go to next step

11. INSPECT LEG SUPPORT ADJUSTMENT SWITCH
