2. INSPECT IGNITION KEY CYLINDER LIGHT
a. w/ Engine Immobilizer System:
1. Remove the ignition key cylinder light (see REMOVAL ).

b. w/o Engine Immobilizer System:
1. Remove the ignition key cylinder light (see REMOVAL ).
c. Connect the battery's positive (+) lead to terminal 2 (ILL+) and the negative (-) lead to terminal 6
(ILL-), and then check that the light turns on.
OK: Ignition key cylinder light turns on.

3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (IGNITION KEY CYLINDER LIGHT - MAIN BODY
ECU AND BATTERY)

a. Disconnect the J20*1 or J99*2 light connector.
HINT:
*1: w/ Engine Immobilizer System
*2: w/o Engine Immobilizer System
b. Disconnect the DD ECU connector.
c. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

4. INSPECT FOOT LIGHT
a. Remove the foot light (see REMOVAL ).

b. Connect the battery's positive (+) lead to terminal 2 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 1, and then
check that the light turns on.
OK: Foot light turns on.
NG: REPLACE FOOT LIGHT (see REMOVAL )
OK: Go to next step
5. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FOOT LIGHT - MAIN BODY ECU AND BATTERY)
a. Disconnect the J51 light connector.
b. Disconnect the DD ECU connector.

c. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
