NG: REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (see
REMOVAL )
OK: Go TO POWER WINDOWS DO NOT OPERATE AT ALL
FRONT PASSENGER SIDE POWER WINDOW DOES NOT OPERATE WITH FRONT PASSENGER
SIDE POWER WINDOW SWITCH
DESCRIPTION
If the front passenger side manual UP/DOWN function does not operate, there may be a malfunction in the
power window regulator switch (for front passenger side), front power window regulator motor RH, power
window regulator master switch or harness and connector.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SWITCH - BATTERY)
a. Disconnect the M2 switch connector.
b. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to Next Step
2. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the switch (see REMOVAL ).
b. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SWITCH - FRONT
PASSENGER SIDE MOTOR)

a. Disconnect the M2 switch connector.
b. Disconnect the M3 motor connector.
c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
