STANDARD RESISTANCE TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK: Go to Next Step

4. INSPECT FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

a. Remove the motor (see REMOVAL ).

b. Apply battery voltage to connector terminals 1 and 2.

c. Check that the motor gear rotates smoothly as follows.

NG: REPLACE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH (see
REMOVAL )

OK: Go to Next Step

5. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MASTER SWITCH - FRONT PASSENGER SIDE

SWITCH)

a. Disconnect the N2 master switch connector.

b. Disconnect the M2 switch connector.

c. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance

for Regular Cab:

MASTER SWITCH - FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SWITCH (FOR REGULAR CAB)

for Double Cab:

MASTER SWITCH - FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SWITCH (FOR DOUBLE CAB)

b. Reconnect the master switch connector.

c. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

REAR POWER WINDOW LH DOES NOT OPERATE WITH REAR POWER WINDOW SWITCH LH
