No. 178 Braking with abnormal sound

Fixed screws for suspension connection of
brake system loosening or damaged;

Check fixed screws for suspension connection of brake
system are loosening or damaged; if so, fasten or replace;

Fixed bolt of front brake tongs loosening or with
worn lining;

Fasten or replace front brake tongs assembly;

Vacuum booster internally damaged;

Check vacuum booster is internally damaged; if so,
replace it;

Brake disk severely worn;

Check brake disk is severely worn; if so, replace it;

Material of brake disk too hard;

Check material of brake disk is too hard; if so, grind or
replace it;

Brake hub or disk severely worn with groove; Replace brake hub or disk;

Braking with
abnormal sound
while vehicle is
driving normally

Rubber cover of front and rear suspensions
loosening, aging;

Replace rubber cover of front and rear suspensions;

Tire worn smoothly

Check tire is worn smoothly; if so, replace it;

Tire of the same axle not consistent

Check tire of the same axle is consistent; if not, adjust it;

Tire pressure too low or too high

Check tire pressure is too low or too high; if so, adjust to specified
pressure;

Brake shoe, brake disk with oil sludge; Check brake shoe, brake disk are with oil sludge; if so, clean it;

Air in the pipeline;

Check air is in the pipeline; if so, empty it;

Pressure dividing valve incorrectly
adjusted

Check pressure dividing valve is incorrectly adjusted; if so, readjust
it;

While braking,
vehicle slips to one
side or swerves

Rubber cover of chassis suspension
loosening

Check rubber cover of chassis suspension is loosening; if
necessary, replace rubber cover;
