Malfunction Causes

Solution

1. Fixed screws of clutch operation mechanism
loosening or damaged;

Check fixed screws of clutch operation mechanism are
loosening or damaged; fasten or replace it if any;

2. Clutch release bearing worn, damaged;

Check clutch release bearing is worn, damaged;
replace it if any;

3. Torsion spring of clutch plate loosening or
broken;

Check torsion spring of clutch plate is loosening or
broken; replace it if any;

4. Spline hub of clutch plate worn, loosening;

4. Check spline hub of clutch plate is worn, loosening;
replace it if any;
