Install planet gear shaft lockpin
steel ball.

Lock the locking pin (both sides)
with a punch.

Install the driven gear of the main
reducing gear.

Tighten the fixing bolt for the
driven gear of the main reducing
gear.

Notes:

In the process of installation, confirm
that the locking pieces at the both
sides of the planet gear shaft are not
missing and the bolt is fastened in
sequence as shown in figure.

Install the differential assembly.

Install fork shaft

the

transmission assembly.

11. Install shift control mechanism
