No. 167 Steering wheel not well back to original position
Malfunction
Causes
Solution
1. Tire pressure too low;
Check tire pressure is too low; if so, add pressure to
specified scope;
Check tie-rod ball head is rusty, jammed; if so, lubricate
or replace it;
2. Tie-rod ball head, and ball head of lower swing
arm rusty, jammed;
Check ball head of lower swing arm is rusty, jammed; if
so, lubricate or replace it;
3. Pressure bearing lack of lubrication or
damaged;
Check pressure bearing is lack of lubricating oil or
damaged; if so lubricate or replace it;
4. Meshing clearance of steering gear too small; Check meshing clearance is too small; if so, adjust it;
5. Steering column bent or blocked;
Check steering column is bent or blocked; if so, correct
or replace it;

Check positional parameter of front wheel is incorrect;

damaged

3. Steering gear looseningly installed;
Check steering gear is looseningly installed; if so, fasten it;
4. Front wheel incorrectly positioned;
Check front wheel is incorrectly positioned; if so adjust it;

4. Hydraulic booster system with air
Empty the air inside the hydraulic booster system;
5. Hydraulic pipe distorted, scrimped or cracked,
oil leaking;
Repair abnormal parts;
