- Disconnect 4-pin connector

(arrow( from Engine Coolant
Temperature (ECT) sensor -G62-
/ Engine Coolant Temperature
(ECT) sensor -G2-.

If display jumps to approx. 136.0

C:

- Jumper connector terminals 3 and

4 using adapter cables from VAG
1594 and observe display.

- Press

button.

- Press buttons -0- and -6- for

function "End output" and confirm
entry with -Q- button.

- Switch off ignition.

from battery positive (B+), readiness code must
be generated again
