22. Remove the cylinder head bolts.

Note

Due to confined space, cylinder head bolts and
gasket bolts can not be removed together.

23. Remove the cylinder head bolt gasket with a magnetic

stick.

Clean the surface of the cylinder head and cylinder head.

2.

Install the cylinder head gasket.

Note

Cylinder head gasket is a single used item and must
be replaced with a new part.

Install the cylinder head assembly.

Install the cylinder head gasket bolt washers.

Install and tighten the cylinder head bolts, according to the
sequence in the graphic.

Torque:
First Pass: 49 Nm (Metric) 36.3 lb-ft (US English)
Second Pass: 80 Nm (Metric) 59.1 lb-ft (US English)

Install the small cycle pipes to cylinder head retaining
bolts.

Install the heater inlet and outlet pipes.
