No. 253 Window lifter can’t work

Malfunction Cause

Solution

Fuse burnt

Check if fuse of lifter burnt; if so, check if the circuit connects to earth wire and results
in fuse burning because of over-current; replace fuse after repairing.

Circuit

Check all connectors of circuit for poor contact, short-circuit or open circuit;

Check switch of lifter for loosing or poor contact; if so, repair it.

Switch of lifter

Check if the voltage of power supply for switch of lifter is 12V and there is power
output after pressing switch; if not, replace the switch of lifter.

Dismantle internal decorating plate of door; Check motor of window lifter for normal
working after power-on; if it’s abnormal, replace it;

Check if the resistance of glass along the sliding groove is too big and if the sliding
groove is distorted; if it’s abnormal, it should be checked and repaired;

Motor of lifter

Check motor of lifter and measure the resistance between terminals of motor with
Ohm meter; if the resistance is infinite, the lifter should be replaced;

Check fuse and relay of centralized controller harness; if they are abnormal; replace
them;

Check if connector of centralized controller is firm; if it's abnormal, it should be
checked and repaired;

No. 254 Blocking Door lock

Malfunction Cause

Solution

Rusty Door lock

Rusty internal mechanism of Door lock can't be moved. Clear, lubricate or
replace it on rusty condition.

Check if the lockup unit is firm and free of dropping-of; if not, it should be repaired;

Check the lockup unit for blocking; it should be moved freely during normal working;
if it’s blocked, the lockup unit should be replaced;

Malfunction of opener
of Door lock

Check motor of lockup unit and measure its resistance for short-circuit or break; if
so, it should be replaced;

Door

Check if the door is distorted and if there is sign of squeezing or bumping; if it’s
abnormal, the door should be calibrated;

Over-abrading Door
lock

Check if the blocking of internal mechanism of Door lock is because of
over-abrading; if so, it should be replaced;

Check Door lock for loosing; if so, adjust or replace it.

Dislocation of Door
lock due to external
force

Check Door lock for distortion; if so, replace it.

No. 255 Failure of door lock

Malfunction Cause

Solution

1. Check if internal knob is too tight and unable to return; if
so, it should be adjusted or replaced;

1. Internal knob of door is blocked and unable
to return

2. Check if internal knob of door is unable to return
because of distortion or dislocation; if so, it should be
adjusted or replaced;

2. Blocking of core of door lock

3. Check if core of door lock is unable to return because of
rusting or over-abrading, so that the Door lock can’t be
sprung back; if so, clear or replace it;

3. Broken body of door lock

4. Check internal structure of Door lock body for damage; if
so, it should be replaced;

4. Distortion of door

5. Check door for distortion due to external bumping;
If so, it should be adjusted or replaced;

Check if the triggering switch of door control is unable to return
or blocked; repair or replace it according to condition;

Is centralized controller broken?

Check if there is signal outputted from centralized controller;
repair or replace it according to condition;
